1. Benefits:

2. Instructions:
- Step 1: Thoroughly rinse the teapot and tea cup with 100°C boiling water.
- Step 2: Put the tea in the teapot.
- Step 3: Rinse the tea inside with 85–90 degrees Celsius of boiling water and quickly pour the water away (avoid soaking for too long and wasting too much tea).
- Step 4: Pour 85–90 degrees Celsius boiling water into 1/4 of the teapot at a 1:50 or 1:75 ratio (tea to water), depending on taste. Then, gently shake the teapot for 15–20 seconds to release the aroma.
- Step 5: Add boiling water to 3/4 of the teapot, then brew the tea for 35 seconds to enjoy.
- Repeat step 4 to enjoy the tea four times.
3. Notes:
- It's recommended to drink tea in the morning or at noon
- Don't drink tea when hungry
- Pregnant women and children under 3 months old should not use
