Chilica is a Vietnamese brand that manufactures minced chili seasoning, and chili sauce from fresh ingredients and spices that are clean and safe for the consumers.
The founder and director Nguyễn Thanh Hiền, first started off by establishing Tomcare Biological Technology Limited Company.
