Instructions:
+ Neck:
Use the long side of the gua sha, starting at the collarbone and working upwards until it reaches the jawline. Be gentle when massaging the neck.
+ Jaws:
Start at the center of the chin, glide the hollow part of the gua sha along the jawline toward the ears. When reaching just below the ear, gently press this part to relax.
+ Cheeks:
Use the long side of the gua sha, start at the tip of the nose and drag towards the cheekbone, then the hairline.
+ Eye area:
Use the pointed end of the gua sha, start at the inner corner of the eye and drag toward the eyebrows and the hairline. Be gentle when massaging this area.
+ Eyebrows:
Use the hollow part of the gua sha, start at the top of the nose and work outward, along the brow line towards the hairline so that the brow line is in the center of the gua sha hollow.
+ Forehead:
Starting above the brow, use the long edge of the gua sha and drag upward to the hairline, then press gently.
