How to use the herbal pillow insert:
- Warm compress: Place the pillow insert in the microwave and heat for about 30-45 seconds on low power (400W). Then, use it to relax and relieve fatigue.
- Cold compress: Place the pillow insert in the freezer for at least 1 hour (it's best to put it in a sealed bag to avoid absorbing odors from other food). Use it to cool down and relax.
How to use the cotton insert: Use the cotton insert whenever you need to block light, especially suitable for sleeping or resting on long journeys.
