Lacàph Phin Blend is a coffee blend made from high-quality Robusta beans grown in the red soil of Đắk Nông Province, Vietnam. The Robusta beans are processed using the honey process, which helps to increase sweetness and create more layers of flavor. Lacàph Phin Blend is a coffee that is balanced and modern, with a slightly different flavor profile than traditional Vietnamese phin coffee.
- Ingredients: 85% Robusta from Dak Nong, 15% Arabica Catimor from Son La
- Roast level: Dark
- Recommended brewing method: Aeropress, Vietnamese Phin, Espresso Machine
