In Vietnam, Red Cardamom mainly grows in Ha Giang or the Hoang Lien Son mountain range, located in the northwest of the country. It is commonly known for its strong taste and medicinal values.
Red Cardamom is characterized by a bold smoky note, which is imparted through a smoking process during the drying phase. It pairs well with soup, noodles, or braised meat, adding a strong, powerful, and irresistible smoky flavor.

Lora Le is a chef who has the extraordinary gift of taste. Her childhood was spent in and around peppercorn farms as her hometown is famous for pepper farming in Vietnam
