Hạnh Tâm has collected 100% from native red rice seeds, planted and harvested in Điện Biên. According to scientific documents, rice sprouts contain lots of antioxidants, fibers as well as enzymes. Red rice is picked carefully, moistened to sprout and roasted to dry. The germination process adds more nutrients to sprouted red rice, some of those are GABA; B1, B6, PP, E vitamins, Magnesium... GABA has a sedative benefit as it blocks the transmission of stress and anxiety to the nerve area.
