The tea leaves are hand-picked from ancient tea trees grown on mountaintops of the Northern region of Vietnam. 1. Benefits:

2. Instructions:
Ancient green tea is the purest tea among all tea, so make sure you make it with pure water
- Step 1: Rinse the teapot and teacup thoroughly with boiling water of 100 degrees
- Step 2: Put 5g - 10g of tea into the 150ml teapot
- Step 3: Rinse the tea inside with boiling water of 80 - 85 degrees Celsius and then quickly pour the water away (avoid soaking for a long time and wasting too much tea)
- Step 4: Put 150ml of boiling water at 80 - 85 degrees Celsius into the teapot, steep for 20 seconds, then pour out the entire tea inside to enjoy (avoid soaking for a long time, burning the tea leaves will lose the aroma, the most quintessential characteristics of Shan Tuyet Ancient Tree Tea)
- You can continue to add boiling water to enjoy the tea, with up to 5 times the water.
3. Notes:
- It's recommended to drink tea in the morning or at noon
- Don't drink tea when hungry
- Pregnant women and children under 3 months old should not use
