- If you want to enhance the flavour, you can use a little more honey or palm sugar. However, don't use too much.
- Do not drink overnight tea.
- When preparing tea, follow the instructions on the product's packaging.
- Avoid overusing.
- Should drink this tea about 2 hours before or after taking medicine.

- Store the teabags in a cool, dry place.
