Chus note
If you want a more complete bún bò meal at home, prepare some meat toppings and vegetables that are often used for this dish.
The protein part should include shank and brisket, boiled and sliced; beef balls, cut to bite-size; lean pork paste, sliced. The vegetables include: shredded water spinach, shredded banana blossom, and herbs (Thai basil, cilantro).
In addition, adding a bit of Premium Shrimp Satay Sauce from Tri Kiem Spices will enhance the dish even more.
Special note
1. Instructions:
Meal for 6 people:
- Boil 3 liters of water with meat, bones or ham and 3 lemongrass trees smashed for about 30-45 minutes
- Put 230g of Bun Bo Hue sauce in the pot
- Simmer for another 10-15 minutes
- Put the noodles in a bowl, put the boiled meat, bones, and ham in the bowl, pour the broth into the bowl
- Rice noodles should be blanched first with boiled water
2. Preservations:
- Keep in dry and cool places, avoid direct sunlight
- Keep in the fridge after opening and use within 30 days
3. Expiry date:
12 months since date of manufacture
