The Sugar Free from Happi Oha is a nutritious granola line. Instead of using refined sugar, Happi Oha uses organic erythritol that does not increase sugar blood level. All the ingredients are roasted to the perfect crunchiness.
You can have this granola with milk and yogurt for nutritious light meals without worrying about calories. Additionally, you can decorate the drinks or cakes with it for a prettier presentation.

To make the granola sweet, Happi Oha used erythritol, a sweetener that is extremely low in calories compared to sugar and is safe for the body. However, erythritol can cause bloating and discomfort in the stomach if consumed in large amounts. Therefore, you need to consider the dosage when using products containing erythritol.
