1. Storage:
Store in cool and dry places, away from direct sunlight
2. Instructions:
- Cold water method: Soak noodles in cold water for 5 to 7 minutes, take it to dry.
- Hot water method: Put noodles in boiling water. Bring it to boil again. Take the noodles out and run under cold water. Let it dry.
- After preparing the noodles according to one of the two methods, mix with salads, enjoy with soup broth, or break into smaller pieces and deep fry for a crispy snack.

About Caromi
Mr. Duong Ngoc Anh, the founder of Caromi, grew up with cassava noodles. This specialty of Que Son, however, was at risk of disappearing. Therefore, after achieving success in life, the founder decides to return to his hometown, revive this delicacy, and preserve the traditional profession of making products from cassava as well.
Que Son cassava noodles are known as the first and only type of pho in Vietnam made entirely from this tube vegetable. Through the careful hands of skilled artisans, unique grid-shaped noodles are created, giving you more choices for a delicious meal.
