To completely remove viruses and bacteria from our hands, we need to wash our hands properly in 8 simple steps:
- Wet your palms under running water.
- Put soap in the palm of your hand and rub it evenly;
- Rub the palm on the back of the hand and between the fingers of the other hand and vice versa;
- Rub your palms together, rubbing your fingers and between your fingers and nails for at least 20 seconds;
- Rub the outer side of the fingers of one hand into the palm of the other;
- Use one hand to rotate the thumb of the other hand and vice versa;
- Rinse hands under running water.
- Dry your hands with a clean towel or single-use towel.
Special note
Tips to use: Put an appropriate amount of the product in your palm, create a lather with water and rub it in for 30 seconds, then wash your hands with water.
