Chus note
How to drink tea to benefit your health:
- Do not boil or soak tea at temperatures higher than 80 degrees Celsius. Overheated tea loses its aroma and vitamins;
- Do not drink tea that is too strong or when hungry. A large amount of tannin can affect your digestive function and reduce the ability to absorb iron.
- Do not drink tea within 30 minutes of eating. Your body would not be able to absorb protein most effectively.
- Do not take medicine together with tea because the effect of the medicine will be reduced.
Special note
1. Instructions: Place a teabag in a cup. Add 150-200ml hot water. Leave the teabag in for 3-5 minutes before drinking.
2. Storing: Store in a cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
3. Caution: Don’t use products in case of bad/strange smell.
4. Expired Date: 12 months from Manufacturing date.

About Hana Dalat
![](https://static.chus.vn/images/thumbnails/850/566/banner_brand/182/10054_B.jpg)
Stemming from the mother's love and desire for her daughter to use the best organic products in the grow-up, Hana Dalat was born.
Initially, Hana Dalat is simply a tiny garden cultivating vegetables and mushrooms exclusively for a little girl named Hana to use during the weaning period. However, Hana's mother realized that the market nowadays has products not safe for children. Therefore, she expanded the garden so that other children also use organic and high-quality food.
Hana Dalat believes that the products are cultivated naturally and organic by happy farmers will spread positive energy to customers and create a better life for generations in the future.
Besides providing organic products, Hana Dalat is also developing in sustainable tourism, restaurants, souvenirs, and education.
