The benefits of each herb in Herbal Steam Pack:
- Citrus: helps to eliminate colds, digestion, and treat cough, fever, and headache
- Eucalyptus: helps relieve congestion, headache, cough, warm chest, expectorant.
- Ginger: warm lungs, anise, except for welding, pepper sputum
- Lantana camara: secretes phlegm, reduces symptoms of allergic rhinitis and colds such as runny nose, stuffy nose, cough, runny nose and sneezing.

Storage:

Instructions:
- Take out the leaves in the bag and wash them. Then put in the pot and pour about 2-3 liters of water into the pot. Bring to a boil, turn on low heat for about 10 minutes, then turn off the heat. Take it out.
- Method: Choose a sauna that is airtight. Place the pot on the floor, wrap a towel around the pot to avoid burns. When you have to use a steam bath, you must remove your clothes on your body. Then cover the blanket tightly, slowly squeeze out to let the body adapt, take less breath, use chopsticks to stir. Take a shower in about 10 -15 minutes. After that, dry your body, never take a cold shower after steaming.
