Corypha lecomtei are the leaves of a tree resembling a palm tree. In the past, the tree grew throughout the Tien River, Hau River, Tri Ton, and Tinh Bien lands in An Giang province. In the culture of the Khmer in the South, the leaves were used to make paper.
