a.Shipper does not contact but updates the status as” Canceled by Delivery”
Common cases: Shipper does not contact but updates “Customer reschedule the delivery date”, or “ Unable to contact”, “ Wrong shipping address or wrong phone number of customers”, etc. In these cases, please wait for the next call from the shipper. The shipper will have 3 times to contact you to deliver the order.
b.You have not received orders but the system updates the status as “ Delivered”
If it is still within 24 hours from the time the order status was updated incorrectly, please continue to wait for the delivery from the delivery service provider.
If it has been more than 24 hours since the time the order status was updated incorrectly and you still have not received the order, please contact the Customer Service Department of the delivery service provider that you have chosen ( attached information) for assistance and resolution. If your complaint is not resolved, please contact CHUS Customer Service Department to handle the complaint with the delivery service provider.
