Coconut Nectar
Sokfarm's coconut nectar is a vegan product, hand-harvested according to the traditional method of the indigenous Khmer. Every day, the farmers regularly climb up the coconut tree (3-10 years old) twice to massage coconut flowers and collect the nectar.
Products are processed according to natural methods, with no preservatives. Soffarm applies modern vacuum concentration technology in a standard factory to retain many natural nutrients and minerals in coconut nectar.
Therefore, unlike honey, coconut nectar brings a sweet taste and is rich in minerals. It is not only a great refreshment but also rich in nutrition, suitable for all ages.

1. Instructions:
- Can be used directly, marinated as a seasoning in cooking, mixed with drinks, or used with cakes.
- Mix a little warm water and lemon in the morning to purify the body. Or a glass of pureed ice and a little lemon for a hot afternoon to quick remineralization helps the body stay fresh.
- Mix with tea, coffee, cocoa, or sprinkle on sandwiches, bread, western bread for a quick and energetic breakfast.
- Blended with smoothies, milk, nut milk, or cereals, providing complete nutrition.

About Sokfarm
Sokfarm is the brainchild of two young founders who came back to their hometown in Vietnam and started an agricultural revolution.
In 2018, Chal Thi – an expert in Food Technology and her husband Dinh Ngai – an electrical engineer decided to start Sokfarm, a local Vietnamese social enterprise that would specialize in collecting coconut nectar, using a rare traditional Khmer method.
Coconut nectar is a vegetarian product. It has a sweet and salty taste and it’s full of minerals. It’s known to boost immunity and balance the electrolyte count in the body.
Collecting nectar is a delicate process where coconut flowers need to be gently massaged at least twice a day. The farmer makes a small cut on one end and gently massages the flowers before tapping them with a wooden log to stimulate the nectar flow.
Sokfarm hopes that its products will help local farmers generate alternate ways of income and raise awareness about eco-friendly and sustainable methods of farming.
