To keep chocolate fresh for durations of six months to a year:
- Once a full 24 hours have gone by, move the container from the fridge to your freezer (this avoids temperature shock, and helps preserve texture).
- To remove from the freezer: reverse the steps. Move from freezer to fridge, wait for a full 24 hours, remove from the fridge, and let it rest till it reaches room temperature before you can finally unwrap and enjoy.

- Store at temperatures between 18℃ - 20℃, humidity below 60℃.
- Keep it in an airtight box
