Stir-fried macaroni is an extremely popular breakfast dish to Vietnamese students.
For the simple and easy basic recipe, you need some minced meat, either pork or beef is fine, garlic, oyster sauce, cooking oil, spices, and of course, some brown rice noodles from GUFoods:
- Prepare noodles according to the instructions on the package
- When the oil is hot, saute the minced garlic until fragrant, add the meat and stir well
- When the meat is cooked, add the noodles and stir-fry everything together, add oyster sauce and mix them well.

- Soak the macaroni in water in about 30-45 minutes
