- Kale is a dark green vegetable. As you know, normally the greener a vegetable is, the more nutrients it has. 100g kale contains more than 150% vitamin A and 250% vitamin C of the DV, so adding kale powder to noodles will help enhance nutrients for the body significantly.
- Beetroot is a familiar food in the meals of many Vietnamese households. It has a burgundy-like color that is often used to color natural dishes. Each 100g beetroot contains 120 mg of vitamin C, which is 133% of the DV.
- Pumpkin is famous for being good for eyesight thanks to its relatively high vitamin A content, which is up to 209% of the required nutritional value per 100g. Not only that, the vegetable creates a beautiful natural orange color for food and helps increase the appetite visually.

1. How to use:
- Step 1: Boil the water
- Step 2: Put the noodles in the water, cook for 1-3 minutes until softened.
- Step 3: Let drain. Mix with cooking oil to prevent sticking
- Step 4: Use the noodles to cook your favorite dishes (stir, soup, salad, spring rolls, put in hot pot, etc.)
2. Preservation:
- Store in dry and cool places, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature
- Close the bag tightly after use
